Careers

We're hiring.

We run paid ads and lead follow-up for high-ticket consultants and coaches in the US and the UK. We're growing, and we need people on the phones, in the ad accounts and in the edit.

Open roles.

Outbound appointment setter

  • Remote
  • US business hours
  • OTE $10k-15k a month, on commission

You call owner-run consulting and coaching businesses in the US and the UK and book them onto a free 15-minute audit with Ethan. He runs the audit and does the closing. Your job is the conversation that gets them there.

Apply for this role

The job

  • Work through lead lists we've already built, on CloudTalk, with a call script and an objection library written from real calls.
  • A full day is around 125 dials. Most people won't pick up, and the ones who do are busy.
  • Book the audit live on the call, with the invite accepted before you hang up, then confirm it so they actually turn up.
  • Log every call the same day: the outcome, their exact objection and the next step.

What you get

  • Leads, script, dialler and CRM from day one. You turn up and call.
  • Real training: role plays before you go live, then call reviews at 10:30 UK time a few mornings a week.
  • Your numbers on screen every day: dials, conversations, meetings booked, meetings held.
  • Commission on every client you bring in.

You'll do well if

  • You've done outbound calling or appointment setting before, ideally on a dialler. If you haven't, you'll put the role plays in first.
  • US business owners understand you straight away and you sound relaxed on the phone.
  • A string of hang-ups doesn't change how you sound on the next dial.
  • You have a quiet room, a decent headset and internet that doesn't drop.

Spanish-speaking inbound appointment setter

  • Remote
  • Inbound calls only, no cold calling
  • US business hours, Eastern time
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • OTE $10k-15k a month, on commission

You call people who have just enquired through ads we run for a US client whose customers mostly speak Spanish, and book them in with that client's team. They asked to hear from someone, so these are warm calls, in Spanish.

Apply for this role

The job

  • Call new enquiries within minutes of them coming in, while they still remember filling in the form.
  • Ask a few questions to check it's a fit, then book them into the client's calendar with the invite accepted before you hang up.
  • Confirm every booking the same day and remind them the morning of, so they actually turn up.
  • Log every call the same day: the outcome, what they said in their own words and the next step.

What you get

  • Warm leads from ads we run. Nobody you call is a cold call.
  • Script, dialler and CRM from day one. You turn up and call.
  • Real training: role plays before you go live, then call reviews at 10:30 UK time a few mornings a week.
  • Commission on every client you bring in.

You'll do well if

  • You speak Spanish and English fluently and switch between them without thinking.
  • You've done phone sales, appointment setting or customer calls before.
  • You're quick. You'd rather call a new enquiry now than in an hour.
  • You have a quiet room, a decent headset and internet that doesn't drop.

Media buyer

  • Remote
  • Meta ads, with Google where it fits
  • OTE $20k-25k a month, paid per account you run

You run paid ads for our clients, mostly high-ticket consultants and coaches plus some service businesses. You build the campaigns, keep qualified leads coming in, and tell us straight when something isn't working.

Apply for this role

The job

  • Build and launch Meta campaigns from our briefs: audiences, lead forms, the pixel and conversion tracking.
  • Watch spend every day and cut whatever isn't producing qualified leads.
  • Work with our editors on new creative, so there's always a fresh ad to test.
  • Keep the reporting honest: what ran, what it cost and what you're changing next.

What you get

  • Clients already signed. You run the accounts, we handle the sales.
  • Scripts and edited video made in-house, so you're not waiting on clients for creative.
  • Our own team follows up every lead, so you can see which ads turn into real conversations.
  • Paid per client account you run.

You'll do well if

  • You've managed Meta ad accounts with real budgets, and can show results you're allowed to share.
  • You know lead generation properly: lead forms, landing pages and tracking past the form.
  • Google Ads experience is a bonus.
  • You're organised, and you flag problems early instead of hoping they go away.

Video editor

  • 4 openings
  • Remote
  • Short-form vertical ads
  • $2.5k a month

You turn our clients' raw footage into short vertical ads that stop the scroll. Most of it is a business owner talking to camera, cut into several versions so we can test what works.

Apply for this role

The job

  • Cut 9:16 ads from talking-head footage: several hooks per ad, tight pacing, no dead air.
  • Add on-screen captions and text, including Spanish versions for some clients.
  • Drop in B-roll and simple graphics where they help the message land.
  • Turn edits round quickly and take notes well, because ads get tested and changed often.

What you get

  • A steady flow of work across several clients.
  • Scripts and clear briefs, so you know what each ad is for before you open the footage.
  • Feedback on what actually performed, not just whether we liked it.

You'll do well if

  • You've edited short-form for social: Reels, TikTok, Shorts or paid ads.
  • You can cut to a script without being walked through every line.
  • You're quick in whatever you use, whether that's Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci or Final Cut.
  • Spanish is a bonus.

Your first two weeks.

This is for the two sales roles. How fast you go live depends on how much calling you've done before.

  1. 01

    Before day one

A short brief on what the job really involves: call volume, logging, debriefs and role plays. You also get your own leads to work, so nobody calls the same person twice.

  2. 02

    Learn it

Read our company guide, the call script and the objection library, then rewrite the answers in your own words.

  3. 03

    Role plays

Practice calls scored against our checklist: about 20 if you're new to calling, about 10 with some experience, one session if you've done this for years. Ethan sits in on the first ones.

  4. 04

    Shadow, then go live

Listen in on one live session, then start calling with your calls reviewed. New callers start on the power dialler, one call at a time.

  5. 05

    Your first booking

Explain the offer back to Ethan in under a minute without reading it, then make your first live booking the full way: invite accepted on the call, confirmed the same day, reminded the morning of.

How hiring works.

  1. 01

    Apply

Fill in the form below. Each role asks for one thing that tells us more than a CV: a voice note, your edits, or the accounts you've run.

  2. 02

    We review it

We look at every application ourselves, starting with what you sent for your role. It counts for more than your CV.

  3. 03

    Talk

If yours stands out, we'll get in touch to set up a short call.

  4. 04

    Start

You get the tools and the briefs on day one, and we go through your first weeks with you closely. For the sales roles, the plan is below.

Show us what you can do.

Pick your role in the form. Each one asks for something different:

  • Outbound appointment setterA 60-second voice note of how you'd open a cold call. The brief is in the form.
  • Spanish-speaking inbound appointment setterA 60-second voice note: your opening in Spanish, then a few lines in English. The brief is in the form.
  • Media buyerA few lines on the accounts you've run: platforms, rough monthly spend, the niche and your best result.
  • Video editor ×4Links to 2 or 3 short-form edits you're proud of.

Good at something we haven't listed, like design or operations? Pick "Something else" in the form and tell us what you'd take off our plate.
